he's only got cotto, tho it's a damn good win, it's not enough to even make the top 15(probabley top 20 or more but im kind of clueless on the welterweight divisions history)

he ain't atg at any ****ing weight..guy only has 5 title defenses out of 55 fights that tells me he isn't strong enought o rule a division
