Cotto was doing well untill the 4th round knockdown. For some reason he just started to take chances and he left himself open for a Pac big left upper. The first knockdown in the 3rd was a flash(Cotto wasn't realy hurt).
IMO Cotto never recovered from the 4th round knockdown and that was the big turning point in the fight.
    Great fight either way.
    Cong**** to Manny Pacquiao.
I always new that Pac's speed with his hand and foot would be to much for Cotto but i never would of believed that Pac would do it in such great over powering fashion. Not in my wildest dreams..lol

Mr. Trinidad Sr., even if you were in Cotto's corner, it wouldn't change the result of the fight. You are just making excuses for your bad pick. I bet that Manny would even beat your son even in his prime. Manny is a " Chopacabra ", the beast that latinos fear most!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is not making excuses because it was Trinidad jr. who made the pick not Sr. I doubt manny would have beat Tito in his prime but interesting thought.

Was his trainer fighting that night? Or was it Cotto?

Dumn hater what are you reading. Hes not saying anything would have been different. Hes saying the fight should of been stopped a couple of rounds before because he was taking souch a beating. A prime tito vs Manny would have been a pretty interesting fight. Actually, probably one of the greatest fights ever since they both come forward and throw heat. I'd have to go with Tito though.

Cotto does seem stubborn though...It was obvious he needed a new trainer after the Clottey fight..I remember he even admitted his camp made a lot of mistakes for that fight...
