you seem to be compensating by throwing insults. and no, 3000 calories for someone manny's size is around the optimum intake. obviously it might differ for an athlete.

you have no idea what your talking about. maybe you're lying about how much you ate or you're using what someone else told you, but post your former or current diet.

even a fly weight boxer on a 3000 caloric intake diet would be straving all the time.

stop talkiong about health and nutrition b.c you are clueless

use the USDA caloric guide to show you how dumb you are

using mannys specs. this is what you come up with. mind you. this is with only 60mins of actively working out each day, which is the highest selection

        idiot
lol, idiot, it says right there what he should be eating. i just did the same thing.

if oyou are an athelete of any kind. not even pro.

eating 4000+ cals a day is far from ecessive. its necessary for maintaining

are you serious? 3000 calories is maintenance. Im cutting weight and Im eating 2000 calories which is pretty low. When Im bulking, im eating around 4000-4500 calories and my physical activity is nowhere near Manny Pacquiao's. Eat, sleep, study, workout for 1 1/2 hours, repeat. Now imagine Pacquiao who works out 4 hours straight nonstop (run, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, sparring). 8000 calories seem about right to me.

                might differ? it will differ.

if a person of manny's size is supposed to consume atleast 2800cals a day based being active for 60mins.

what do you think it will be for a person of the same specs who is very active or an athelete?

no, im not mistaking. i was eating 6 to 7 full meals a day b/c that was the only way to satisfy my hunger.

i was 185-190lbs, im 5'10 and i was maxing 410lbs on flat bench, working out with 150+lbs dumb bells on flat bench, bi-cep curlying 70-75lbs, squating 600+ lbs, inclining 300lbs+, declining 350+lbs

i was always hungry, i had to eat so frequently that i hated the sight of food after a while

you sound like a liar athrun. if you're 5'8 165, you wouldn't need to lose weight. 4000 calories and above is beyond needed for bulking at that size. but again, you wouldn't be losing weight if you were 5'8 165.
