The best fighter of the last 20 years?

EVANDER HOLYFIELD is the best/greatest fighter of the last 20 years. He fought all of the best heavyweights of his era and won most of his big fights, the main one being the Tyson fights. Pacquiao wasnt even a thought in boxing until he fought Ledwaba in 2001. Holyfield has been a force in boxing since he unified the cruiserweight titles in 1998. All those who picked Pacman in this poll obviously doesnt have any knowledge of boxing history.

Pac is the face of boxing right now so you can't blame people if they voted for pac. Evnader maybe greater than pac but that is very debatable and there are several things that pac has accomplished more than holyfield pound for pound.

I agree, RJJ during his prime was untouchable until he lost his athleticism and tarver and johnson humiliated him. Johnson was the p4p # 1 fighter of the 90's

I cant say im familiar with the rankings of the 90s, so is that in your opinion or actual facts?

This poll was just after the Cotto fight. That was definitely the absolute peak of Pacquaio's overrating.

The consensus on him seems to have vastly changed since that fight, most likely due to his weak opposition since then.

I haven't looked through the whole thread, I joined this site that year and I was a full P*ctard. I might have said he was greater than Roy in the aftermath as well. I didn't vote, so I probably didn't post.

Makes you rethink some of the stuff Bushbaby has said though, to see that drastic a switch. That's why I always take a lot of what he says with a grain of salt. He didn't like Floyd, he doesn't like Pac anymore, and most of what he says has that in mind.
