arguable between RJJ, BHOP, or PAC. Any of those 3 would be OK. Slightly leaning towards PAC. Not that sure of the competition of RJJ if they are good or not, was not following boxing then. I've also read that he was avoided in his prime. Recognizable for me are Toney, Ruiz, Tarver, Bhop. The rest not familiar. But if the competition is good on his reign on top, RJJ would be the man.
