Why is everyone ripping into this guy so bad??? Im on the complete opposite side of the spectrum opinionwise but he mentioned something EVERYONE on this forum should be agreeing with.

"Floyd should take the fight on whatever terms are offered." Anyone that disputes that is not a real boxing fan but a true floydstan.

      I love it! Great letter.

I hope Mayweather takes the fight even though people will just **** on him when he beats Manny.

How’s it going? I hope things are well.

Listen, as much as I’d like to just catch up on things and chat about nonsense for a bit, there are a couple things from over the weekend it seems like a good time to address.

I’m sure by now you’ve gotten wind of what went on at the MGM in Vegas on Saturday night.

That Pacquiao kid. Yes, him. He was in the ring again. Beat up Miguel Cotto for most of 12 rounds and looked good doing it. Damned good, in fact.

And even though most people sort of saw it coming, it was still pretty impressive.

So now, like it does whenever a guy within 10 pounds of welterweight wins a fight, the pack of wolves reticent to sing your praises is off and howling about how this one is the best in the business.

Not only in the sport today.

But in the discussion with guys like Duran and Chavez and Henry Armstrong.

Now I know what you're thinking, champ. You're bigger than all that. You’ve been a world champion for more than a decade. You whipped everyone they put in front of you. Including a guy that went life and death with him twice. And trust me, I agree with you. To me, you're clearly the best of this generation and among the best of any before it. No questions asked. I wanna know when was the last time Floyd fought a fighter as good as Cotto and dominated him like Pac did?? Please dont say Hatton, JMM, or DLH. None compare to cotto. None hit like Cotto. Everyone knows this is Cottos first true lost.

Most people in this forum are so ****** to understand the letter.
The man is just doing his best by challenging Mayweather to fight PACMAN. It's reverse Psychology. Most of the content are rather insulting for Mayweather although he pretended to be a friend. But he praised PACMANs achievement a lot in a different way. The guy is a genius!

                    Whatever...

getting tired of all you idiots who disrespect OSCAR like he wasn't one of the best of his time for a long time! I just read a comment about COTTO being stronger??? I don't think so. OSCAR was not only stronger but better....especially @ 147. He would have cut COTTO up and stopped him. As far as the MAYWEATHER fight goes, OSCAR can blame himself for blowing that fight. Just remember this, in his prime @ 147, MAYWEATHER wouldn't have beaten him, MANNY wouldn't have beaten him either. LAY OFF OSCAR because he Is GOOD for boxing, he donates more money to charity than most celebs, and he's humble and classy. Unlike your idol MAYWEATHER
