I think what happened was he fought in a way that Manny was not expecting, and it threw him slightly. Manny would have adjusted to that though.

Look, Cotto did not dominate that round. He just landed the better punches. Compubox shows they both landed 12 punches in Round 1. So if you're saying Cotto beat the **** out of Pac in that round then Cotto's chances to beat him if he kept that pace is so ****in slim.

Difficult to say because Manny was clearly tight in the first round and that happens to many fighters, when he got in his rhythm you saw those left hands getting home.

It was Roach and Manny's strategy to make the fight last to the end. Pac's advantage is stamina.
