Dominated the first round and would've beaten Pacquiao if he didnt come out too aggressive inthe second and third rounds allowing himself to get hit? not to take anything away from MAnny who deserves all the credit this time, but just a simple question/thought?
Who else here thinks Cotto........

He did but who knows what could have happened?
I know this..Cotto needs a new trainer...Emanuel Steward or Mayweather Sr. Some big name. -
Manny adapted Cotto didn't, Manny is great warrior. That is basically what Roach said, I do believe Roach said he was worried early on because Cotto was having some success.Comment

he didnt dominate the 1st round, of course he won it...cotto usually starts good....hardly dominating, pac started slowly taking over at the end of the 2nd.....Comment

Who here thinks the thread starter is using the old "I didn't like what actually happened so I'm going to use my imagination to make the fight what I would of LIKED to happen"
Cotto never dominated anything. Even in the first round, he never had it.
He got whooped, dominated and humilatited.
Get over it.Comment

He wouldn't have beaten him i doubt but it might have delayed the brutal beat down that he received in the second half.Comment

Look no reason to cry over spoiled milk. That round was just to test the waters. Round 4 served as a real measuring stick, to what both fighters could bring that night.
I expected Cotto to win, I bet money on it. I was wrong, Manny has this gift in throwing bombs in between steps. Conventional boxers simply do not expect to be hit so hard and fast on their blind spots.Comment
