Much respect to Cotto and Pacquiao but...

Much respect to Cotto and Pacquiao, first let me say that Cotto is a very good fighter and still strong and tough, While Pac is a great fighter and Champion but
I think That Cotto is now officially messed up in the head and all his opponents know this. I dont feel Cotto can "go to war" anymore to win a fight, I feel he has lost the will do "dig deep". Everytime Cotto fights a rough opponent, be it Marg. Clottey, Pac and hits them hard they all messed with his head by smiling, pounding there stomach or head to act as if it does not hurt and Cotto backs off almost in fear(I think he is affected mentally) If Boxing is 90% in the mind then Cotto has lost that edge.
As for Pac , he is great, the best , p4p and all that but why if he is so great why didn't he fight Cotto at 147 like he was supposed to? Now he keep in mind I give him his props but why must he try and give his opponents a disadvantage before the fight? If he goes for the belt at 154 will he challenge the champ at 150? and will it be allowed? I think he is great but a rule should not be bent for any fighter?
    Opinions?

Try to train and lace-up and fight... and you will know the answer to your question. "It's easy to watch and criticised than to actually do it."

...in MMA style fight, Cotto could beat Pacquiao... I can assure you.
That's why I like Boxing... it requires more talent.

I like boxing more too, but respect the MMA fighters and what they do.

Cotto didn't fight at 147 because Roach didn't let him. He knows very well that 147 is the weight where Cotto is comfortable and at his best. Cotto has always been weak at 145 , weak chin , weak punches and no stamina.
If Pac is so great why didn't Roach let Cotto fight at his best ? Maybe Pac would have still beat him but we will never truely know and that question will forever remain.
All this cathweight BS is what's tarnishing his legacy. Pac is a great fighter but Cotto can give him a lesson in what being an honorable warrior is all about.

I think seeing his own punches have little effect on Mosley, margarito, Clottey, and Pac has had a huge breakdown of Miguel's self belief in his power.
