There is absolutely not a chance in hell Manny knocks Floyd out early. Yea, ppl say Floyd runs but he has brutal defense. Manny has a chance though, but I now put Manny up there with Floyd. This will be a modern classic.

The fact that Cotto who is much slower and much less skilled than mayweather was able to tag manny all night with clean shots even in the 11th round let's me know that mayweather can tag and will tag manny at will. Don't get it twisted. Floyd will not go after manny with his head leaning forward. He will not abandon the jab, he is more accurate, he has way better timing and his defense is the probably the best of our time or anytime for that manner. Manny's is fast, has a great chin and has great punching power. His skills aren't comparable to Floyd's, his footwork is not better than floyd's and he's by no means smarter than floyd as far as ring generalship is concerned. Manny's last couple of fights have all been against fighters that stand in front of him and trade. The defense minded Floyd will outbox manny for majority of the fight and probably push for the KO in the later rounds after manny's frustration and discouragement sets in.

Oh and let's not forget that Floyd has about a 2 and a half inch reach advantage and an inch and a half height advantage...

Wrong Again. Pacman can deliver 5-punch combos all night long, and then some. And he's not going to aim just for the head, but the large body of PBF. There ain't no shoulder-roll that's gonna prevent that from happening.

That is my point, you can't counter effectively with no space between you and the other guy while he is the aggressor, you the retreating one looking for distance to counter. Floyd does well with guys who box or attempt to outbox him. He walks backwards and leads them into his punches. If there is nowhere for him to go, him against the ropes for instance, and this other pissed off guy who hits harder than anyone he has ever faced and throws punches at a higher rate than anyone he has ever faced, he is gonna be uncomfortable. Eventually, Floyd will start to crumble if left to fight like that.

JMM was much slower after packing on 15 lbs for that fight (you can see the rolls around his stomach in pics) than he was fighting Pac. JMM tried to box with Floyd and gave up way too much space for Floyd to work with. Floyd is good but I think he will break down mentally if ever punched in the face and hurt. If Cotto could not hurt Manny, how is Floyd?

Pac will beat Mayweather. Floyd may have great defense but it's impossible to block all Manny's punches coming from many different angles. Floyd can jab all he wants but Pac will just eat them up like the way he did in the Cotto fight. He will force Mayweather to trade punches, something Floyd won't win going toe to toe with Manny. Pac has advantage in power and slightly in speed considering he throws flurries.
