beat that actually catapulted Pacquiao status? There are always two
    sides to a coin.

Wow, Grustler shut down both this thread and alot of the foolish talk against Floyd. The only thing that hinders some of the arguments is that the links don't work. I do believe you found them however, and those were some great quotes. There is no running from history, no matter how we want to slant things after the fact. You also made some excellent points, and I'll look out for your input on the boards in the future.

To me,Baldomir is a kinda journey man that destroyed a shot Gatti and did upset an overated Judah in a bad night.

Fact is PBF didn't fight Cotto,Margo,Clottey,Williams,Quintana,Berto,Collaz o(Top WWs)...

And Gatti,Hatton,Baldo and Judah are garbage compared to these guys. It's no BS(altough I CANT STAND PBF)BUT FACTS.

(In Mosley's case,MAYBE he ducked Floyd before(I disagree with that statement),but whatever, now he's champ, ranked number and call him out.
So what??If he wanted Mosley? It's ok now...
        The roids excuse is garbage.
He don't want to fight Mosley with Magic Richardson in his corner.
        Cotto fought Mosley,roids or not,one is a warrior,the other a puss.

They all beat each others, because style make fights.

And he's goin to come and beat Manny and Marquez and retire. But,yeah,he would have beat at 147 2 guys that was fightin at 130 less than two years ago.

It's too late for PBF,cuz Cotto is almost retired,Margo get banned,P Will is at 160,Mosley is fightin Berto and will turn 40 when PBF will agree the fight.

Too late, yeah,if he beats Manny it change nuthing,he ducked.
But unlike Margarito Baldomir 12 losses and all became the champ at WW
and NEVER cheated to win a fight. I still don't understand why you guys
keep bringing up Margarito because the guy has been EXPOSED.

I enjoyed,he's a guy that I dislike but make me laugh.

I like when Bable Boy lies(always).

"Manny was 106 at 16,me too"
How many trolls brothers are goin to use that **** now??

Well, actually Manny was 106 WBC champ at 20 years old.BIG LIE.
Ignorance once gain,or lies,as usual, and the guy tell you that **** like it's a real obvious statement.

              I take no punishment??
Of course, you avoid everything that is dangerous.

now Pacquiao fights De La Hoya after Floyd beats him and after De La Hoya was struggling with Forbes at 147 a weight Oscar hadn't been at in years then fights Hatton after he was knocked out by Floyd and saved by the ref against Laczcano he beat Malignaggi but Paulie can't bust a g**** and even he hit Hatton with a right hand that knocked him halfway across the ring then fights Cotto after Cotto was nearly killed against Margarito and was beat down by Clottey we all know Cotto wasn't the same fighter nobody Pacquiao has fought was the same fighter when they fought Pacquiao none of them and this goes all the way back to Morales and Barrera they was all shot before Pacquiao got to them and thats the truth

i mean you got all these people tryna say Floyd ducking this guy and he ducking that guy but its bull**** Mosley had his chance and didn't want to fight now his wife gone and he needs money so of course he wants to fight plus Mosley had lost to Cotto so wasn't nobody even talking about Mosley the way the talking about him now and Cotto promoted by Bob Arum and Arum didn't want to make the fight because he didn't want to lose his biggest star and Cotto didn't even want to fight Floyd he was in the crowd at the Gatti fight go back and watch the tape after that he said hell naw plus after Floyd beat Hatton Cotto was already suppose to fight Margarito and Cotto got his ass whooped and that killed the May/Cotto fight so who has Floyd ducked?? Paul Williams? who is Paul Williams the same one who got his ass out boxed by Quintana? has he even been on PPV??? what his numbers look like?? i mean come on and on top of all that Floyd calling out Pacquiao right now and when they get in the ring you all will see who the best is so when Floyd whoop Pacquiao ass just remember how great you thought Pacquiao was
                quit the nuthugging man!! seriously!!

pac has a better resume than floyd!!! fact!!!!

Instead of making excuses why not to fight Pacquiao, just fight him already.

Pacquiao wins in spite of Floyd's defense mastery.

                    1. Pacquiao's work rate is unmatched. Floyd is great defensively but I don't think he will be able to avoid all 100 punches/rd average. Floyd will be defending every second of each round for 12 rounds. I don't remember him doing that before.
                    2. Floyd will be dealing with uncharted territory in terms of avoiding punches. Besides the work rate, let's not forget that Pac doesn't throw these punches in traditional fashion. They will come from different/weird angles so I expect a significant amount to land sooner or later. There is no sparring partner that exists today who can imitate and prepare Floyd for it.
                    3. Speed. Pac is like Castillo when you press the fastforward button on your remote. If Castillo landed against Floyd, who can honestly say Manny won't? Combine this with the two reasons above and you have a freaking daredevil coming at you.
                    4. The ability to throw 5/6-punch combos. Combine that with the three above and I can imagine that Floyd will be like...WTF? Just like what Diaz, Hatton, ODLH, and Cotto went through.
                    5. Power. We all witnessed it last night. Not even a plaster enforced Margarito knocked down Miguel Cotto. Miguel Cotto was victimized twice by Manny's power in the first 4 rounds. Manny doesn't punch...he throws strikes with intent to hurt, not just to score points. What's really scary is that Manny's punches appear to be getting stronger now that his body is starting to settle in this newfound weight he's in. Expect that power to grow even more in 4-5 months. Just like what Iron Mike said before - "Everyone has a game plan until they get hit". For Floyd's sake, let's hope he doesn't catch the same type of punch Hatton took. Floyd, you're in deep sh_t!
                    6. The southpaw stance. Manny's left is made-to-order for the ****** shoulder roll. It's almost lined up perfectly!
                    7. Ability to take a punch. Who would have imagined Pac raising both of his arms and allowing Cotto to fire away at will and feast on him? Because he wanted to test Cotto's power? That is just freakin insane.
                    8. Killer's instinct. The moment Manny senses you're hurt, it will rain and pour! Cotto was lucky to be knocked down close to the end of the round. Otherwise...
                    9. Corner. Have you heard of a guy named Freddie Roach?
                    10. Prayers. If God grants prayers based on the number praying, I don't there will be more than 90 million praying for Floyd to win.
                    11. Pressure. Floyd will be under so much pressure. He cares too much about his "0". That's the big problem with EGO. Manny will fight with no pressure of losing. He is suppose to lose.

                    Nuff said.
