It's not Floyd's fault that Mosley, Cotto, Margarito, or Clottey wasn't the recognized champ.
Lol the same Zab Judah that lost his first fight to Cory Spinks? The same Zab Judah that was supposed to crush Carlos Baldomir and was almost doing the chicken dance toward the end of that fight? All those names you mentioned were bigger names than any other title holder at the time, to take it one step further once Judah was out of the way, did Floyd set his sights on any of those other fighters you mentioned?

He took 2 years off and campaigns at welterweight right? Why didn't he fight a tune-up against a real welterweight? You wouldn't have preferred to see him fight Berto or even Collazo, as opposed to making Marquez jump up two divisions?

he then fights de la hoay at 147 who came in weighing 145 a eight he hasn't fought at in 10 years. are you saying hoya was the best fighter at 147 when pac fought him

he then goes and fights ricky hatton the weakest fighter at 140..once again no bradley, holt or torres.

he then gets cotto to drain down to 145 instead of facing him at 147 like he did oscar.

why didn;'t he face mosely at 147 who is considered the #1 welterweight right now.

you *******s are stupis I will debate anyone of you on how overhypoed manny is and why his career was carefully guided to this point to be fed to floyd mayweather jr.

manny is a media creation like de la hoya. when they stepped up and faced real elite competiton they get beat.

floyd shut up pscar's fans, he shut up hatton's fans, he shut up marquez's fans, and now he is going to shut up manny's fan's.

after he does that he will go on to unify 147 and then retire undefeated.

How is Mosely considered the best WW now? Cotto beat him and Clottey.

Also, Hatton was the best LWW. If Hatton was the weakest at LWW why did Floyd make him go up to 147?
What about JMM? How was that fair?

Where did Cotto beat him and Clottey?? In the MSG, which has biased Rican judges. Where have Cotto both losses come from?? The West Coast

Hatton asked for the fight at 147, since he knew if he lose, he has something to run back to

JMM schooled Pacman at 130. A Pacman who weighed 145 fight night. He would do the same to Pacman now

When did Cotto call Mayweather out and when did Arum present Floyd a proposition? Floyd didn't fight Mosley because Mosley only wants to fight when he's desperate and knows he's about done. Every time Floyd called him out when they were both in their primes, Mosley made excuses. Why would Floyd want to fight P.Will? The dude is obviously a natural MW, what does Floyd have to gain from fighting him? Is he a huge draw? Do casual fans know P.Will?
Lol more revisionist history, Margarito wasn't found to have plaster back then so why turn down the 8 million? Why wouldn't Mayweather want to fight Paul Williams? Isn't that what great athletes do, challenge themselves?

How about for the same reasons he made Marquez jump up two division to fight him, is Marquez a welterweight? C'mon with these bull**** excuses, every possible meaningful fight that is mentioned to Floyd and his fans, always involve a "built-in excuse", as to why Floyd doesn't need to fight anyone. It's simple math, he is a boxer who refers to himself as the best, so he needs to fight the best and challenge himself in order to validate that point, that is how you earn the respect of fight fans, not just "fanboys".

He beat them both. I watched the fights. **** the judges.

Hatton was **** against Collazo. Pac beating Hatton in 2 at his best weight obvioulsy means more than taking 10 rounds to beat him at WW.

IMO JMM beat Pac twice. On even terms.

Floyd agreed to fight JMM at a catchweight, but still came in heavy.

Pac beat Hatton and Cotto at their best weights.
Floyd beat Oscar at his best weight. But since then fought smaller men.
Pac has kept KOing bigger men.

Dont get me wrong. Floyd is great. But for anyone to suggest Pac is a hypejob is ******.

PAc couldnt knock Floyd out if he was the size of Vitali. Talk all that ****** talk all you want nothing you say can give Pac the skills he needs to beat the best boxer alive. Congrat to Pac on his win though. But he's going needs more skill and more experience to even stand a chance at beating Floyd. PAc will get beat easy by Floyd....remember that.

Floyd couldn't knock out Marquez, who jumped up 2 divisions.

You don't have to get beat up, but you do have to take on worthy challenges.
