Floyd beats Cotto any day of the week, and twice on Sunday.
And that's coming from a non-biased point of view.
I do find it hilarious though that Floyd retired when Cotto was the undefeated king of 147, Margarito was the most feared man in the division, and Paul Williams was stomping around 147 like Godzilla in Tokyo.
Then he comes out of retirement after Cotto was knocked off, Margarito's reputation was in shambles, and Williams moved up to 160.Comment

Hatton had him on ***** straight wow i must've missed that Mayweather dominated from the opening bell
i can't believe people are still bigging up Cotto after that vicious beating he took he needs to retire or get a new trainer his career is over his best days are long behind him nowComment

Why did floyd retire, only to comeback to fight a bloated featherweight?

He came back to show Manny that he could beat the guy Manny beat, better than Manny beat him.
But technically, he didn't even do that. Since Manny knocked that guy down 4 times in 2 fights, and Floyd couldn't even finish him off, despite jipping him on the scales and likely coming in on fight night at around 154.
He was literally 3 divisions bigger than Marquez, fight night. It's no wonder he refused to be weighed in by HBO for the "unofficial weight".
He also came back to get the IRS off his ass.Comment
