He was fighting Pacquiao, an obvious freak of nature. I picked Cotto as an upset but he should fight on with a new corner.

Nobody is writing him off because he as 2 losses, it's more the type of beating he took in those 2 loses, I think people are more concerned about his health, I still think he should fight a couple more fights but he should be ready to retire before he becomes punch drunk.

During that time he should really consider a new training team. Any elite trainer would jump at the chance to work with him. If he does comes back looking good with a couple of warm up fights, we will know right away if he's still got it. If not he can hang them up at that point.

Taking time off will only make it worse for Cotto. He may even eat himself into depression like Ricky Hatton. He needs a quick fight IMO. Fight a bum and then go after Hlatshwayo. Get his confidence back up. He's a warrior, he just needs people to reassure him of his elite status in the WW division.

I still can't believe Cotto's corner wasn't forcing him to stick with his gameplan. Nacho would've punched him harder than Manny if he would've seen Cotto fighting Manny's fight like that.

Exactly! He still has a lot left I mean he did better that pacs challenges of late. A lot better. Pacs improved leaps and bounds since marquez. I dont get why people are wishin him to retire now. he's still good enough to beat 95% of onyone in the division right now!!!! tell me Im wrong
