The thing about Jones is that he tried to lose all the muscle he had gained too fast within a short period of time. Jones didn't give himself proper time to bring the weight down.
Did something happen to Shane Mosely?

I do not want to start a nutritional discussion buddy. But 7 pounds of lean mass is alot of ****ing mass. Take 7 pounds of ground beef, and strap it to the places on your body that you would like to enhance.Originally posted by GeraldIf you're saying that radical muscle deteriotation is always bad then I agree - but 7lbs is not radical
Then tell me if that is not a radical change. It is. It took me 2 years of hard lifting to only gain 15 or 20 lbs WITH the use of supplements. Keep in mind, I am not a true "hard gainer".

Roy Jones tested positive for Steroids, and it wasn't because of a nasal spray. I can link you to the articles if you need me to.Comment

Link it. Something credible, too, not just hearsay.Originally posted by joeboxerRoy Jones tested positive for Steroids, and it wasn't because of a nasal spray. I can link you to the articles if you need me to.
Just thought I'd add that I have a cousin, who probably weighed about 130ish, and he pressed like... 250. I can very easily see a guy that much benching that. And doesn't Kostya bench 300 lbs?Originally posted by joeboxerI just said Mosely because of all that BALCO **** he was involved in. Plus nobody who weighs 154 should be able to bench 300 plus pounds.Last edited by BadMagick; 04-06-2005, 08:01 PM.Comment
