Then I check the ratings and DLH is 2nd, Tito 4th. How can two fighters that fought the same opponnent and fought between themselves and the one that did better is rated worse. I am biased, of course I am a fan, but how Ring Mag does the ratings, its beyond my comprehension. Boxrec has a more realistic rating IMO.

do you mean the middleweight ranking? that's because Mayorga wasnt never a middlweight prior to their fight, and De La Hoya at least "beat" Felix Sturm before losing to Hopkins. That is why De La Hoya would be ranked ahead of Tito in the middleweight rankings.

I still can't believe Ring magazine doesn't have a web site.
Magazines have old information and stories, they always have.
The internet has made Ring mag useless IMO. Most magazines have web sites now anyway, why doesn't ring?
I know they've been around a long time and are considered the bible of boxing, but they need to get out of the dark ages.
Get a web site together with online subscription and a message board, they are being left behind by some good online boxing web sites.
The stuff in theiur magazine is months old by the time it hits the news stands.
