The Mayweather fight worried me because I thought he was too powerful for Pacquiao and I didn't know how Pacquiao's chin would hold up.

But last night showed that Pacquiao's chin is solid, and sure he'll eat a lot of leather, but it'll be like a sniper rifle vs. a machine gun. Mayweather can potshot all he wants but if Manny is taking them and throwing back 5-6 back, he's eventually gonna catch Mayweather. I doubt he knocks him down, but Pacquiao could win on activity.

The only thing that concerns me about floyd is that pac might get frustrated chasing him around the ring, Floyd will most definitely run.. If floyd sits in the pocket like when he fought judah pac gonna land something that floyd wont see or outwork him.

I think Floyd would frustrate Pac because Pac comes to fight and only chases as much as he has to. You saw how Pac would just stop chasing Cotto later in the fight and would be like "come on, really?"

het dlt---i agree man---but it's not just floyd's speed---it's his timing also with that speed and his speed on defense---that's what seperates him from everybody---the kid is so damn precise with his timing---and his punches are complex and sharp which will make manny cut imo and i feel floyd will stop manny---pac has done great with guys who aren't as fast as someone like floyd who is not only fast---but methodical with his style---i mean, look at how cotto started to outbox manny in the later rounds---floyd does this the whole fight and moves better=---cotto actually tried to use floyd's defensive motions to get manny off of him, and was successful...

Man I think people are going to be so shocked by this fight. Everyone insist that Floyd will run. They are insane. No way he runs from Pac. He's going to go toe to toe alot and start walking him down from like the 5th round on. Thats how he fights Southpaws. Again, everyone thinks that toe to toe and inside fighting is just about power. Its not. Its also about skill. I think Floyd's team beleives that he is the superior skill guy, Pac is sloppy, and Pac cant fight going backwards. I think they feel that they can pressure him and carve him up. If they go toe to toe then its not just about power. Floyd will catch all of Pac's punches and fire back with short quick combos that will snap Pac's head back and make the crowd go ooh. He will also fire alot to the body. Man people so underrate Floyd now and act like they have never seen him be aggressive. Its a joke
