If Pac has done more in that span than Mr boat buyer has, then he is fighter of the decade. And he has. Don't matter if he outshined him only in 6-7 of those yrs. Mr boat buyer is 2nd best. Mang is right, unless Floyd beats Pacquiao, Pac will be rated higher. In terms of legacy he probably still outshine Mayweather, regardless.

I've mentioned this before. But I would give Bernard Hopkins fighter of the decade before I would give it to Floyd. Pacquiao has got it by a country mile though.
