Cotto is a left hander that fights orthodox which is a nightmare for a Southpaw, Floyd rely's on reflexes and fighting at his pace and bluntly Pac is to fast to rely on reflexes and will dictate the pace.
    Go watch Marquez/Pac II.

This fight really proves one or the other as probably the best fighter over the last 3 decades if not more. We're lucky to have them.

That said, I just can't bet against Mayweather. He finds a way to make that ring the safest place in the world for himself. It's what he does. I'd say Manny will have to reign himself in from getting to wreckless once he starts seeing combinations swatted away. Mayweather will also have to throw more punches than he has been and punch with real authority. Or at the very least Manny will drown him in flurries.

I was thinking this as well

Actually a good straight right hand is a nightmare for a southpaw....

floyd wont be as strong as pacquiao, he'll be bigger but slower, and if pac starts to feel he's losing you best believe he's gonna flurry and mayweather is gonna take a trouncin
also people forget alot about the trainers, roach is a damn good coach, and he will have manny prepared for anything flody has to offer
            man i love boxin
The shoulder roll works against several atack angles and floyd is a master at adjusting in order to enable his counter with minimal risk, against a lefty it also allows for single shots that bring you in close for tying up your oponent, if is one of the most frustrating feelings cause the efective distance of an attacking southpaw is hard to gage.

He can get hit, but will he show any respect for Floyd's power? Doubt it.

What for, to see a drained Pacquiao? Yeah, good idea. Like he hasn't improved dramatically since then.

                  Seriously.

                  His fragile hands will snap.

                    I could have easily said Marquez/Pac I.

As seen in his choices of opponent.

Pac beats Mayweather convincingly if the fight gets made at all.
