Getting the fighter of the decade should be based on accomplishment and for me Pac is right up there if not the top but i think there is a lot of fighters that would compete with him in getting that for me.

Pac is the fighter of the decade and higher ATG.
The people PBF fought earlier in his career, if they were any good, they would be top fighters today, but where are they now? SSM lost earlier in his career but is still here because he was a genuinely top boxer. PBFs earlier opponents were just over rated, just like Lacy was before losing to JC.

Pac has beat ATG like Barrera, MOrales of this world already as well as the Cottos.

Thats a wrong statement to make, Yes Pac is the fighter of the decade or there about but if you use that logic with Mayweather opponent then where are guys that Pac fought today also??? Another thing is Mayweather fought at the top long before Pac came on the scene so its obvious that most of Mayweather opponents are either retired due to old age or shot to piece and just trying to make a living by fighting young up and comers.

Depends, People like B-hop has done well in the last 10 years or so at a old age. Pac would probably take it Imho but it isnt a forgone conclusion, Am not just going to disregard what other people have done in the last 10 years because of what manny has done in 2 years..

You have to look at other boxers resume from 9 or 10 years ago before we all anoint Pac.

Pac will definitely win but let's not disregard the accomplishments of other fighters....Floyd(no matter how much you dislike him), is a legit contender for this title.....Then there's B-Hop, DLH, Mosley, and other fighters who also deserve credit...
