It started from the Millennium -- January 1st 2000 and ends THIS YEAR on December 31st 2009. Exactly 10 years.

The new decade starts January 1st 2010 and ends December 31st 2019 (12 midnight -- the start of a new day). How can this information be so damn hard to get into your head? A 4 year old should know this.

Basically though, there is absolutely no chance that Floyd and Pacquiao will fight this year because there is less than two months left to go, therefore Floyd Mayweather cannot be fighter of the decade by beating Pacquiao.

Sorry to use long words such as 'Pacquiao', it must be very confusing for you.
