you must not count ring belts too.

makes sense. don't count his wins against the #1 guy at 126 and 140 when he beat them.

          Floyd would be greater.
Don't even try to act like Floyd's win over Marquez was anything significant. It was just another name. There was never any threat there.

Same with Judah. And Baldomir. And Gatti. And Mitchell. And Bruseles.

Lets face it Pac fans, if Pac loses to Floyd he will not go down as being greater than Floyd in history. The question of how could Pac be greater than Floyd if he lost to Floyd will always come up. I think Pac has been 20 times more entertaining than Floyd, but when it comes to skills, Floyd takes the cake.

As it stands Manny could retire tommorrow and still have a better resume than Floyd. His legacy is cemented, his win over Cotto was just the icing.

You're confusing skill with accomplishment, my brother.

On a pure skill level ; there's no question that Floyd mayweather Jr. is far beyond Manny Pacquiao on the field of skill level.

But on an accomplishment level ; Manny is ranking above Floyd, currently. In everybody's mind.

Skill doesn't determine your legacy ; accomplishments do.

Bennie Briscoe was one of the most skilled Middleweights of All Time, in my opinion. But he never won a World title.

Same goes with Packey McFarland at Lightweight.
