Floyd did a mill over here because its floyd. Non-Casual boxing fans over here in the states know who floyd is. Hell its hard not to miss him(no pun intended). Pacquiao and Cotto are not well known other than the people who stay closer to boxing over here.

With a name like Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto they wont do it. Its sad to say but unless Americans can pronounce your name without help, you wont do big over here. Same reason why Klitschkos dont get any respect over here. Same goes for most athletics over here. you have to have a good old american name.

That said Chris John has a good chance

I should do pretty well, I really don't seeing it that big but it should certainly do very good business.

Gomez vs Soto Karass is going to be very watchable.

it is hard to tell. the weigh-in was insane. i heard that the hotel was packed with people trying to get into the weigh-in.
the hatton weigh-ins are crazy too. his fight did a milly, right?

this is the best fight of the year. no matter how much the buys.

They may be fighters that put up a fight. But neither guy has any pop. That fight doesn't do much for me either.

Everyone is hyping this fight right now. I could see it doing some crazy number. I wont hate though. Im loving how boxing is getting all these crushing PPV's. The more the merrier if you ask me. I know I will be watching
What do you mean the fight wasn't hype. They delayed the fight and Mayweather went on television many times including the WWE Raw live show.

That helped a lot too, them delaying the fight. GBP and Floyd hyped the hell out of that fight. They did a good job too because you get a much better product with Cotto/Pac and I think it will sell less.
