      His calf muscles are big, but about what I'd expect in someone who does plenty of roadwork. There must be alot of skinny guys reading this forum.

        not necessarily. Look at those marathoners & kenyans. they dont have huge calf muscles & legs.

          He doesn't do that much high mileage, thats what really breaks down the muscles into long, slow twitch muscles. He does lots of hills and jump rope, and combined with basketball make his legs look more like a cyclists than a runner.

            if he didn't have those calves, pac really would be able to fly. but he does and it's a shame.

                Those marathoners aren't carrying around the upper body weight he is. I've always had huge thighs and calf muscles, but never ran more than about an average of 6 or 8 miles a day, but I also carried around a large upper body. Makes a difference. Also, those guys don't run at a 6 minute mile pace. More like 8 or 9 minute pace. My best time through 5 miles was a little over 31 minutes. Not record breaking, and not quite a sprint, but not far from it.

                  i think it's mostly his legs, his wingspan is'nt actually that big, defientely not compared to bruce lee's
