Always, don't know any hardcore fans.
Has anyone ever watched a PPV by themselves?

I usually watch them on my own and much prefer it that way. Being british, when its a PPV with the headliner in the States like the Hatton nights we have a card on over here first before switching over to the US so its the complete late evening/early hours entertainment. I love watching all the undercards/interviews etc, and find it extremley irritating having to explain things/listen to drunking chatter etc when im trying to concerntrate. Sometimes my wife hangs around on the sofa, but she will always get tired/pissed with the lack of attention I'm giving her and go up to bed...Yep, a case of beer, nice curry, dark living room infront of my HD tv and I'm good to go.Comment

I don't remember what happened, but I somehow ended up watching Cotto vs. Margarito by myself at the crib. The TV was on LOUD.
It was an epic fight and I didn't miss not having anybody around. It was cool being able to hear all the sounds coming from the ring. Some might disagree, but it was more dramatic not having to hear different conversations in the room (some not even about boxing) and just being able to hear the commentary and the celebrating on TV.
It was a memorable night. (But then January came and ruined it.)Comment

Yeah, I watch most of them alone. They start at 4AM over here most of the time, so only the real dedicated fans can be arsed to watch them - which my mates are not (unless it's a real big one like Mayweather v Hatton or something)Comment
