Does anyone remember Mosley ever saying (perhaps after a fight) that he hoped he was retired by the time Berto was fighting the top fighters?

That's what i meant, he just looked as if he was off balanced and not hurt. When he asked if Berto had been knocked down, I'm guessing he meant legit knockdowns. I guess you can say that he should have gotten a standing 8 count, only because Berto slipped into the ropes after Collazo landed the punch. When a fighter is hurt, he doesn't normally look back at the rope and try to grab it to keep their balance the way Berto did.

PS. I also have the fight, and watched it live.

I never said that Berto would actually win, just that its possible as Shane has a history of struggling against fast boxers. I would only put points on Berto if you were willing to give me the actual odds.
