Thats what he's doing and thats what he should do. Just like I said Floyd wants to fight the WW's but he's not going to fight them before he fights a JMM and Pac. Why should he? Its ****** and fans are just to ****** to realize that. Again, you always want to go up in terms of difficulty, not go down. If there are fights out there then you want to take the easiest one with the most money 1st as long as its a legit fight.

I definatly see the Mosley-Williams fight happening late next year if Mosley is still undefeated and thats only because Mosley will have most likely have already fought a Pac, Mayweather, or Cotto if he wins
mayweather is not thinkin bout mosley first, pac has had multiple chances to sign mosley and he hasn't cotto already fought him he may go back who knows but mosley first is old, second is very good, third is not a huge payday so why would anyone fight him. PW will figh bc he is thirsty for comp and uber confident. we'll c

What are you even talking about? 1st of all Vanes is not looked at as big as Berto and why are you acting like Williams is doing something special by fighting Martinez? You think these guys are thinking about Martinez as a super elite fighter or something. Who is he to worry about? Dude already got slaughtered by Margarito, looked so average against Cintron, and the fight is at 160. I hope you dont think that is a special fight for Williams to be taking. Also, a fight with Pavlik isnt nothing compared to Mosley fighting Pac or Floyd. Its 10x more money, 10x more fame, and a chance to beat the #1 guy in the game who are both smaller than you. Stop trying to compare apples & oranges and then calling me dumb.

Its like when Margarito took the Williams fight over the Cotto fight and realized how dumb of a move that was as he lost out on a huge Cotto pay day. Now he got ****d in negotiatons the 2nd time around for the Cotto fight. You saw that the supposed warrior Margarito beat Cotto and didnt want the immediate rematch to Williams afterwards until he fought some guys like Floyd, Pac, and Mosley who are probably easier fights for bigger money but still are big names

I doubt Mosley is really scared of Williams. Plus Williams is not that hard to hit. It's just he throws a lot of punches.

To be honest I can actually see this fight happening in the future. Williams also can be beat. Carlos Quintana proved that. I know some say it was a fluke. But I don't see how getting a boxing lesson for 12 rounds is a fluke. So with the right gameplan, Mosley has a chance.

Your posts are ******. And I'm surprised cuz I agree with you a lot. NO ONE at ww wants pwill at ww. And Shane has proven over and over and over that he will fight anyone. He also has problems with tall fighters (but he wasn't too ***** to fight them). Comparing vanes to berto is ridiculous ice and you know it. Why the Shane hate? Berto holds a major belt and beat collazo, who is a solid solid vet.

slow down. Martinez worked cintron, cinton has absolutely nothing for him Martinez is a tough fight. Especially when Paul was preparing for a conventional slugger, now he's fighting a southpaw cutie that can stink it out if
            he wants.
Have you ever heard of a boxer learning from a loss and getting better? happens a lot in boxing. That's what obviously happened with Martinez. Dude can box. That doesn't make what ice said right but you are off trying to diss Sergio as an opponent.

Im not dissin him but I thought the Cintron fight was garbage. I thought both of them looked like straight garbage. As for Martinez, I think he is a very good opponent for Williams but the other guy was trying to make it sound like Williams is taking a super tough fight in Martinez while Mosley is fighting an easy green bum in Berto and I dont see that at all. I think Berto is better than Martinez, e****aly a Martinez at MW

How is Suger Shane a hypocrite when none of the other welters in his division step up to Paul Williams either. You do realize that Shane fought for a good part of his career at lightweight right.

This post didn't really address anything that I mentioned. Mosley took less money to fight Berto than he would've gotten to fight Paul Williams. But it's not a duck because Mosley is a warrior. And to get it out there, I'm not a Floyd fan at all. I'd just rather see someone in their prime get a shot at Floyd and someone that is not rusty like Mosley probably is right now from bitching and complaining about not getting a fight.

It took Berto a long ass time to finally man up and fight Mosley when Paul Williams would've fought him at the drop of a hat. And now that Mosley bitched about not getting a fight with a big name instead of manning up and fighting Paul Williams earlier this year, he probably would've gotten a big money fight with one of the other guys early in 2010. But instead he's not ahead of the game and all the other fighters are gonna be tied up negotiating with each other while Mosley fights this unproven prospect.

Basically what I'm saying is Mosley could've fought Paul Williams in October like Pavlik was supposed to do, and get that out of the way and his chances of getting another fight he wanted would've been a lot better. And just because he may have lost doesn't mean that would've wiped him off the map. He would just have to make the fight competitive like he did with Cotto. If it had to take place at 154, Mosley could've made the weight because he's done it before.

Save it Chicano. Mosley isn't a mega fight either. So he needs to put in some work. Williams would have fought two more times than he has since January and beat one of his conquerors on top of it.
