So Paul Williams is the only mega fight that Mosley can get

At this time? It doesn't look like Floyd or Pac if he gets passed Cotto is going to fight him anytime soon. I know Cotto would fight Mosley without a problem. But it seems Arum might have other plans with Cotto if beats Pac.

So besides Clottey or Berto. The only other person that seems to want to fight Mosley is Williams.

only if mosley realizes that a fight with pac cotto winner or floyd is not happening then he might be forced into a fight with williams but because of what williams brings size, activity, ect he doesnt want to risk it with such little reward financially compared to those other fights. if williams was the pound for pound best right now and bringing big paydays mosley would have signed the fight already i highly doubt he is scared

I think it's getting really sad to see what boxing has become!!Everyone ducks the Punisher so I can't **** on Mosley for it,hell I don't even **** on floyd for it!!The sad thing is,that the biggest fight would have been Mosley-floyd!!But floyd doesn't want it,I know he isn't fighting Cotto,so who's gonna be left if Cotto beats Pacman,seriously!!

Mosley isnt scared of Williams any kind of way and would fight him with no problem but he is not going to fight Williams until he gets fights with guys like Pac, Floyd, or Cotto. Thats what he's doing and thats what he should do. Just like I said Floyd wants to fight the WW's but he's not going to fight them before he fights a JMM and Pac. Why should he? Its ****** and fans are just to ****** to realize that. Again, you always want to go up in terms of difficulty, not go down. If there are fights out there then you want to take the easiest one with the most money 1st as long as its a legit fight.

This post is ******. Is Williams gonna go on and fight some green prospect like Vanes over Martinez just because he couldn't get a fight with Pavlik? That's pretty much what Mosley is doing with Berto. He'd rather fight Berto in January for less money and with more age than fight Paul Williams in December for a bigger payday.

actually mosley is smart for fighting berto. That is 2 of the 4 major belts he would hold. He is taking a chance, so he can play the whole "fight shane, so you can unify titles" role.

And this goes out to any guy who wants big fights and feels he is avoided...the quickest way to get a megafight is to collect more belts. If Shane would have taken Joshua Clottey and Andre Berto last year he would have had the WBA, WBC and IBF belts, making him the man at 147. All roads would have lead to him, because he would be the clear champ and put a ton of pressure on guys like Cotto, Pacquiao and Floyd to fight him.

No big name WW will ever step in the ring with PWill, it's been that way for a while now. For whatever reason Mosely is last in line for a big money fight with Pac/Cotto/Mayweather, by the time he get in the ring with one of the big three he might be 40 yrs old. Kinda strange how a WW belt holder has to chase people for fights.
