    Holmes was actually 39..

And he won maybe 1 round at best. When Holmes tried to frustrate Tyson with his old style of jabbing and lit up the crowd for a few seconds, Tyson quickly took that away from him and KO'd him.

I think to stop a prime Tyson you need more than just a jab, no matter how good it is. Tyson was trained fully to be ready against a bigger man's jab.

Tyson allowed himself to be tied up without too much resistance. If he fought viciously on the inside it'd be a huge advantage for him instead his refusal to do so would be a huge advantage for Wlad
How so? Wlad's infighting game is non existent. He would lean on him though, so that could work out for him.

I think Wlads jab would seriously give Tyson problems and if Tyson couldn't get around it he'd be eating it all night long. Theirs things tyson might be able to do with foot speed and head movement. But that slows down the longer the fight goes on.
WALDO cannot handle pressure, has a weak chin, and goes into a panic mode as soon as the heat is on. He gets destroyed by Tyson in the same manner as Seldon or Savarese, any Tyson up to 2000 destroys WALDO. You need toughness, a very good chin, and ability to handle pressure and FIGHT Tyson. WALDO has none of it. This is his greatest weakness and againts Tyson he would fail, miserably. Who did WALDO ever beat? Who did he lose to? We all know that. His jab-move backwards style is also all wrong. Tyson KO1 WALDO, only real option.
