Has anyone slamming the guy even read the article? It's a ridiculous headline and it's totally misrepresenting the quotes made by DeGale.

To play devil's advocate. If DeGale says the fight was boring, that Valuev was one of the worst champions in the history of the division and said Valuev was such a poor fighter that even he, a super middleweight, could beat him, then how impressed was he with Haye's win? He gave him some props but he certainly plays down the win at the same time. He wasn't being sarcastic. To says that he with a few pro wins can beat Valuev is absurd.

Whoooowl, hold your horses Degale. Dont run before you can walk. Win a title in your own weight class first before putting Valuev down like that, and haye. But i dont think haye could have stopped Valuev, even with two good hands.
Valuev would have shook his head at haye all night long, no matter how many punches haye bounced off of his head.

But what did haye say that upset you?

He said as many good things as bad. Haye's style isn't good to go toe to toe with someone 7 foot. So I would atleast have some good words too considering it can be misleading to readers and then they may hold grudges because headlines always stick out in memory over a whole article.

Groves is going to be big stuff. No doubts about it. I haven't seen a British fighter as talented since Hamed. DeGale is a better fighter than many people give credit. He has excellent handspeed and if maturity adds more power to his punching he'll be a tough proposition for anyone. But he's not George Groves.

What - right now? No way could he beat Froch now. Yes, he has the handspeed to pepper Froch at will. But he lacks the experience and punching power to keep Froch off him. He'd be battered within an inch of his life.

                      Perhaps in the future.
