George Groves is a far superior prospect than DeGale.

He owned him once, and will do so again.

i think degale is as unpopular as he is, not only because he hasn't done anything in the pro ranks yet but insists on being ******ly ****y and repeatedly talking about himself in the 3rd person (he's thick as 2 short planks - does he even grasp the concept of talking about himself in the 3rd person?). i find it very cringeworthy when he is interviewed on non boxing (in fact, and boxing) programmes as he is soooo dumb, yet ****y ...and this is the reason he continues to annoy everyone - he isn't aware of what it is about him that pisses people off so he just continues......having said that, boxing ability wise, he could well do something.

Degale is a bit of a tool, but to be fair to him that headline is very misleading.

I said a while ago that De Gale will be the most hated fighter in Britain in a few years, looks like he is on coarse for that.

                  The guy is complete fool!!

yeah, the headline is a bit tabloid-esque, deadbeat .........you can definitely envisage degale whirring off from the mouth though in his usual none-thinking manner.
mind you, if he can learn to keep his trap shut for a while though, i'll definitely be following his career with a fair bit of intrigue.
