Khan certainly has the skills, and natural ability to eventually become as polished as Pacquaio is, but maybe the chin will be his downfall at the very top. Saying that, Khan's punch resistance looked a lot better against Kotelnik and he took some flush shots without any problems. I envisage another move up to welterweight would make his punch resistance even stronger.
All in all, Khan is one of the brightest talents in the sport. He has a huge heart and some crazy skills. As a community, we should show him more respect.

That for me is a the biggest problem when you talk of protecting that chin. Also, the way he was hiding in the Kotelnik fight and covering up and turning away will be exposed by someone who isn't as slow as the Ukrainian paper champ who got his title off Gavin Rees!!! I'm sorry to upset you and Ken, but this is the unfortunate truth. I think he is a good kid, and has alot of speed and flair but lacks the chin to go to the top. Other boxers can do it without power, but they had solid chins (ie. Morales). Khan needs power to keep people out, and contrary to british hype and referee help he is not a puncher
