Roach already said Pacquiao can't make 135. He is perfect at Jr WW but can be affective at WW. Again I will repeat, at the age of 16 Mayweather also weighed 106.

floyd is a fullfledged WW now and couldn't make 144 lbs... pac was officially 138 lbs against hatton earlier this year.

yep, but floyd couldn't make 144 lbs while pac officially weighed 138 lbs earlier this year.
