    Is boxing starting to die in america?

    i know boxing is doing really well around the world but is it starting to fade away in america. what do u think could change this?

    unfortunately it is. I think something needs to be done about the financial aspect of boxing so that more big fights will be made.

      Is this a joke? Mayweather-Marquez just did 1 million PPV buys and Pacquiao-Cotto is expected to do more than that.

        If you don't think boxings dying go ask ten random people who Cotto is. Hundred bucks says more people say a kind of salami than boxer.

          boxing is a fringe sport, but if a charismatic boxer from the USA who can captivate the entire populace and not just an ethnic group were to emerge, then the popularity of boxing would increase.

              Heavyweight boxing was always the main attraction... especially when the champ was american and thats not happening anytime soon lol
