I honestly think Angullo beats him. Kirkland can crack, but he is no Cintron. Kirkland would land the harder shots, but Angullo wears him down imo.

Angulo would stand right in front of Kirkland and Kirkland throws more, has more speed, power, and can take a comparative punch. I'd be surprised if Angulo won.
Julio's KO ratio is padded. I'm more impressed with losing to Cintron in a close fight than scoring an accumulation stoppage on Julio without ever coming close to knocking him down. I like Kirkland, but I think people overrate him. To me the fight is close to a toss up.

I disagree. Kirkland is a storm. I actually think Angulo would get overwhelmed...tough to do, I know. But that's how I see the fight.

i don't think that kirkland was dropped by the power of the punch...he was more of knocked off balance due to his wild footing...when he fought julio...he ate some of the wildest punches...this would be a war of who has the better chin...and i'd throw the bank on kirkland...hopefully this fight could happen in the latter or middle of 2010...

And plus if this fight happens in the future I would have to factor in Kirkland's time away from the ring, so that means I would probably have to go with Angulo.

that would be a fight to save boxing if it had a mega fight audience.
