ya thats not new logic ... cotto suddenly getting busted up in the later rds for many is proof that margo had loaded gloves that nite. the plaster would have gotten went and hardened in the later rds, while the padding in the reyes gloves would have also shifted basically leaving nothing but the loaded wraps and cotto's face. which explains how he got busted up like that and how sudden it happened ...

tbh i never wanna see margo in the ring again ... i was actually a fan, limited as he may have been imo it was a pleasure just to see him get into the ring and chop a guy down. thats all tainted now and i dont think he deserves the opportunity of the big payday to rematch cotto, i do believe he had something in his gloves that nite and its the worst thing u can do in boxing. its unforgivable and for him attempting to load his gloves he shoulda been banned for life and i hope his license will not be reissued ...

So Cottos face swells up in just 4 rounds of punishment , in one fight , but 2 other competitive fights , where he took good shots since the begining bell , he doesnt????? I have never heard that from anyone in here. And it gives me a different point of view to think about and consider. not that it affects me in anyway , but I wont be the last one to comment on this by far , So why not share the guy's idea. More threads will be made about this , And ull prob never hear something as smart as this. IMO

were u on when this **** happened ... theres was a million threads about it ... what i wrote is what i think makes the most sense ... the combo of the plaster wettign and drying and the padding in reyes gloves shifting and collecting making the impact of onuches that much more = cotto swelling and busting up like he did ... it has been talked to death when it actaully happened

I had a small claims case against a local phone company go before two different judges. I had proof, both in recordings and writing of the bull**** the phone company pulled on me. The first judge didn't even allow me to present my case, and the second one, quite literally, tried to pick a fight with me as soon as I got into the court room. So both these guys were "good judges", they were just bought and paid for by the other side with campaign donations from the owners of the phone company (privately owned by two individuals). Blatant corruption, and these people don't even give a **** whether everybody knows it or not.

Anyway, forget about ever seeing an honest and decent judge...there's no such thing. And the only people that truly benefit from a civil case are the scumbag attorneys.....actually, I should apologize for that.....I didn't intend to insult scumbags.

Oh, and one other thing: Margarito would probably lose a fair court case, whether there was enough evidence or not, provided it made it to a jury (unless, of course, a bought and paid for judge threw the jury's decision out, and yes, they can do that if they want)...it was proven, after the fact, that he has used plaster, and the video evidence of miguel's busted up face would be a pretty good method of persuasion in front of any jury.

Also, in my opinion, Margarito should've been charged with attempted felony assault after being caught with plaster in his wraps before the Mosley fight, and banned from the sport for the rest of his life, as well as being sentenced to a year or two in prison.
I agree, this **** does happen VERY OFTEN. But I think it will be different between two millionaires.

And don't ever forget that when everything else is said and done, chances are that both lawyers and even the judge are friends, or at least friendly, have studied together, see each other's facec every day, discuss cases over lunch, etc. They could very well be conning you.
