Can Pacquiao Not Win A Title At 154?

I'm not a big Pacman fan, but give the man a break. He probably is at a stalmate weight class. He can barely make ww, so how do you expect him to do sww/jmw. Can't even take a "real" welterweight fight.

He prob walks around at 160 , and still being in pretty good shape , maybe not the best , but a few adjustments here and there and I think he will be able to fight at 154 , Will he be successful??? , now that another question. Hi speed will most likely be there cuz he got plenty, he could prob break down some opponents maybe not the best, but I have my doubt about him carrying any power into the ww division , So at 154 , I dont know who he will be able to hurt.

I think he could possibly win a title. He just needs to make the champ come down to 148lbs and have him put the 154lb belt on the line. Manny knows how to fight the best.
