Can Pacquiao Not Win A Title At 154?

Does Pacquiao have to go up to 154?? Do all great boxers coming from lower weights move up to 154?

I'm not a big Pacman fan, but give the man a break. He probably is at a stalmate weight class. He can barely make ww, so how do you expect him to do sww/jmw. Can't even take a "real" welterweight fight.

I think Pac can snatch a belt at 54 from a guy like Angulo who uses his face as his defense and comes forward in a predictable pattern like plasterito

Barely make 147? He was coming in as a welter for 130 fights give me a break.

Yeah, but what do big WW usually rehydrate to? 160? To Pacquiao's 148? That's what he meant.
