Pavliks career is pretty much over. Middleweight division is already light and he clearly ducked the only guy that is looked at as a threat.
Kelly Pavlik didn't do a David Haye on Paul Williams

So you admit Haye lied about the injured back to get out of the fight? Is that a ***** move?
And what about him ducking Vitali, after the verbal agreement is reached, and it's all set up to be televised on HBO? And then fighting a softer opponent, the lumbering Valuev? Was that a ***** move?
People are being too hard on Pavlik, he had a serious infection. Haye just lacked courage, as was evident in the way he ran and ran from Valuev.Comment

I'm just trying to balance the hypocrisy and preference for black fighters that I'm seeing on boxingscene. There a double standard when it comes to Haye for some reason. Pavlik gets bashed, Wladimir gets bashed, but Haye gets worshiped for ducking each Klitschko, and then running from Valuev for 99% of 12 rounds.Comment

VALUEV SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED A DOMINANT KO OVER THAT DISGRACE HAYE.
The ****** fat **** couldn't do it though.
Now it's down to the Klitschko's the brutalise this hypejob.
Haye should have fought for free against the Klitschko's - it's EASY to predict when TV stations go bankrupt. What a china jawed hypejob.
Making up an injury as the only option left to get out of a fight where you were not going to get paid is A DISGRACE. He should HAVE FOUGHT FOR FREE - That's what a true PRIZEFIGHTER would have done.
Hayejob Haye = Fraud.Comment

You're right, he did something worse. Personally I believe the exagration of the hand injury was a lot worse, then how the hand actually was. The photo was from about a month ago, we have no idea what the hand looks like now. First they said it was healing up great, but then magically it became a lot worse again. Now it's suddenly a lot better.
Plus Pavlik pulled out on October 21, 2009. Here was a quote about the hand:
Here is Bob Arum saying that it's going a little slow and how he can't even make a fist. Poor Kelly. And now November 10, 4 weeks later there is this quote:"It's the same finger giving him problems. They told me he can't make a fist," Top Rank promoter Bob Arum said. "It's getting better and better but it's going a little slow. So, we'll see."
Oh so now after 4 weeks, Pavlik is getting a lot better and how convient he has a worse opponent. Not only that, but Pavlik was still running and ****, the december 5th fight was still 3 weeks away. Are you telling me he couldn't fight 2 weeks earlier from December 19th? He needed those two extra weeks?"We're fighting," said Cameron Dunkin, Pavlik's co-manager. "I have the contract here. The hand is good. He did therapy today and he ran today. The therapy, after three sessions, the hand has gotten much better. [The first] is still not closed all the way, but it's so much better. It's really good news. He just can't wait to fight. He really misses this.
Well if he needed another weeks, here's another idea, why didn't they move the Diaz-Maliganggi fight to December 5th and then move Pavlik Williams to December 12th? But oh no, of course Pavlik had to fight on December 19th because that's the date he'll get magically better by and HBO doesn't have a TV date for the 19th.Comment

Haye must have been an idiot to sign the contract, if the only money he would receive was from Setanta!
Let's not forget, he agreed to fight Vitali on HBO on Sep 12, and then signed with the softer opponent Valuev without even letting HBO, Golden Boy, or Vitali know about it.
Was that a ***** trick? Neither Mayweather nor Pavlik nor anyone else has ever bitched out as blatently as that.
