Cotto got a normal size head and is been the same way for years. Pacquiao's head on the other hand got bigger and it looks different compare to his body. His body is all cut and I am sorry but from 106 to 140 from a 5'6 guy in his early 30's you need some extra help because just running, doing weights and good nutrition will not get you to get more power and more speed.
