Did Henry Armstrong need help going from SFW, LW, WW in one year. At roughly the age of 19, Henry Armstrong fought at 120. Manny Pacquiao who had just turned 20 fought at 116 in Feb. 1999 . Seven months later he would return to 112 where he would get KO'd. He then would decide to jump 3 months later to 122. So you see Pacquiao has roughly started relatively the same way Armstrong in weight. Did Armstrong take steroids?

No nutrition would get him to keep the speed he had in the lower weight class and even get faster like a he did and the way his head got bigger is one of the side effects of taking steroids. Your shoe size also get's bigger and your head grows ala Barry Bonds. Those should be enough red flags to at least check in to Pacquiao and test him with everything they have.
