so neither. however, i believe pacquiaos style could be dangerous and would pose a bit of a threat to mayweather.

I agree that Pacquiao's style would be dangerous, but I also think his style would also make Mayweather picking him apart and pot-shotting him alot harder as well

He should not have had a problem putting Mayorga away earlier and he seems a little inconsistent now, but I guess he'd really be up for a fight with Floyd and would train like a demon, so who knows. I'd only give him a semi-decent chance.
Mayorga was like 170 something on fight night......the guy was throwing wild bombs like crazy so Shane had to be careful not to get caught up in that wreckless situation that cost Vernon his "0"......

I'm one of the few that think today, Pacquiao has a better chance. If Mosley still had his feet I'd give him the better chance but I see PBF backing away too much and leaning on the ropes blocking/dodging all of Mosley's power shots.

I think Pac has the greater chance due to his stance, leg speed and unorthodox angles he uses. But the biggest key is his big flurries and feints. PBF is great at avoiding damage from those single shots or simple combos but he (being human) can't anticipate where the 4th-8th punches will land. Pac will have to throw alot but I think he will connect, and connect more often than a pot-shotting PBF especially if he is successful at feinting. Pac may swarm PBF to either break through his defense or force PBF to counter, in which PBF lets his defense down.

I also feel that Roach sees something in Floyd that Pac may exploit. I don't know what it is but when he talks about fighting Floyd he doesn't seem intimidated in the least.

Pac had trouble with JMM because JMM is willing to trade and brawl a bit while countering, I doubt an overly cautious pot-shotting floyd will hurt or out point a smart pac that mixes things up while keeping a high work rate.

Mosley couldnt BEAT Cotto 2 years ago...but he is going to beat Mayweather now?

All Mosley has is a over hand right and a wide left hook...(refer to Winky, Vargas,Mayorga, Cotto & Margarito fights)

^^^that isnt enough to beat Mayweather and its very predictable

How on earth does he KO Mayweather, when he didnt KO "boxers" like Collazo or Cotto @ WW?

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME SHANE MOSLEY BEAT A good BOXER?

If Shane Mosley were younger and Manny Pacquiao was taller I have no doubt they would win. But you don't know what to expect from a 38 year old fighter that might have an off night or he might look rejuvenated.

While Mayweathers defense and height and reach advantages might be not too easy for Manny to deal with, but Manny has so much stamina and does a lot of combos where he might get one of those combinations through Mayweathers defense.

again i ask...he had trouble dealing with JMM's mediocre defense and counter punches. How will he get through Mayweathers defense?

Marquez would engage then counter, Mayweather wouldn't engage unless he has no choice. Marquez isn't mediocre, if you think that you haven't been watching but his last fight.
