DLH barely even touched him in the 8rds

Hatton hit him once I think and backed Manny a lil bit before bein ROCKED!..

He only fought at Lightweight ONCE against an OK-at-best Puncher in David Diaz..


So Marquez was the last real hard hitter that hit Pacquiao..and even wobbled him a couple times..right?..

Yep, you're right. Marquez was the last guy to lay serious leather on Manny, and he had him hurt a few times, once even seriously.

Manny's chin is OK, and he's in superb shape, which makes it even better (shortens recovery), but Marquez can't **** like Cotto, not even close. I lean towards Cotto landing some good shots upstairs after mid-rounds and getting a KO win, but I don't lean that way very far. Manny has a good chance of taking home a decision here, too.

All I know is Cotto has beaten fast fighters before!!Plus Cotto has beaten easily the hardest hitting welterweight in Mosley,who is even bigger than he is!!I can't seem to get through my head that Pacman is gonna hit harder or take as much punishment as Mosley can give & take!!

Right TS, He hasn't been tagged by anyone with any significant punching power since JMM......In the thread I made most agreed that JMM packs about 60% the power that Cotto can put out in his punches. So I doubt Manny would be standing after taking some of the shot Cotto hit Clottey with.

His punches, especially the st8 right, would make Pac almost fall, if you re look at the fight. Plus his jab was there all night, and Pac would feel it.


There's no way Cotto should lose this fight, he is the better fighter and stronger man.
