Chad Dawson doesn't have star power.

Honestly, I think reading the dictionary is more exciting than watching this guy fight, he also has the personality of mud.

Who cares about star power. True boxing fans appreciate talent and a true technician when they see one.

Guys like Dawson is why Boxing is in so much trouble.

I mean where have the exciting american fighters gone to? where they at?

Gerald Mclellan, Ali, Tyson, Foreman, where are the replacements for these guys?

instead we get dirrell, and dawson ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I mean if we had some exciting fighters for the boring ones to fight it would even things out a bit, instead we just get two boring guys facing off most of the time zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

So you don't appreciate his talent or skill because he isn't a knockout artist?

Also, Chad Dawson is not the reason boxing is in trouble....

Give him some time to build some confidence, Hell be just fine. He has all the tools he just needs to gain the mental aspect.

Talent and exciting mass-appeal are not mutually exclusive.
While I can appreciate technical skill, I still love watching a good scrap.

Yes I appreciate his talent, but i find him awful to watch, Boxing needs the casual fans, and casual fans are not going to be entertained by dawson.

Why cant dawson plant his feet and fire off some bombs once in a while?

It doesn't matter if he doesn't become a star. He still can become a great fighter.

Not all great fighter were stars

I really enjoyed his performance last night.

He looked like a world beater.

                    All props to him.
