LVSun says Cotto weighed 150 on or before November 7.

Pacquiao weighed 148 to 149 pounds this week, with Cotto checking in at 150. The Nov. 14 fight, in which Cotto risks his WBO welterweight belt and Pacquiao will seek a title in a seventh weight class, is scheduled to take place at a “catch weight” of 145 pounds, two pounds below the welterweight limit.

Doesn't that seem a little early to be at 150? If he's 150 so soon, how high do you think he'll reyhdrate on fight night given this new info?

That's what an early training camp can give you, a peace of mind. Cotto doesn't want to go through hell and waste his time trying to lose the excess weight come fight week instead of tapering off, sharpening up his boxing skills and preparing their battle plans for the fight, and I believe he will rehydrate to 157-160 on fight night...
