Golota... because Golota was an underground streetfight before he was a pro in Warsaw, and a mafia thug as well. Plus he is a crazy asa mofo, he gets arrested all the time for fights in bars.

Second best is Tyson.

If I was gonna get in a scrap at a bar thats who I would want on my side Tyson Golota.

i would add oliver mcCall and david tua because of their power and chins, but i've never seen these guys in a streetfight so i guess it's hard to say
