I was fine with the stoppage, the fight was in the early going had the fight been deeper in it should have been stopped but just being in round 3 letting it play out was the way to go.
This is the hurt business and highlight reel knockouts are what get people impressed, long sustained beatings are usually what cause real issues (6+ rounds) it is a fine line though. I would not have wanted the fight to go on much longer though.
The ref was pretty lame, I agree.
