here's my thoughts.... shouldnt have been stopped earlier, yorgey was still throwing...

BUT

the ref kinda ******.... yorgey was down and he let angulo land, not a punch, but a ****in combination while yorgey was down... rubbish...

plus, when yorgey fell across the ring and angulo's feet, it should have been a KD for Angulo, giving yorgey his 10 seconds to recoup, instead the ref let angulo T up on yorgey's face...


stoppage was fine IMO, but the rest of the officiating was bad

great action and Yorgey has great heart. I thought he would do more but he still did good for hos experience being a local fighter primarily.

As I said before the fight, Yorgey is just a clubfighter.

I thought HBO was being deceitful to try to build it up into a legit fight.

Angulo should have been disqualified for hitting while the other fighter was down..he hit the other guy with not 1 but 2 punches
