Under the WBA rules, unifications take precedence over mandatories, provided they are given reasonable notice. Also, they allow voluntary defences in between mandatories. So as long as he starts to be more active from now there's no reason why he can't fight his WBA mandatories and fight the meaningful fights as well.

The most important criterion in scoring the rounds is who lands the most clean and effective punches. Almost all of the clean and effective punches that were landed by anyone were landed by Haye.

        Who cares!!

This fight was BULL-**** and it shows just how great my boy HOLYFIELD once was. HAYE wants to compare himself to HOLY but he ain't no HOLY. What HOLY did was far more impressive for his age than what HAYE just tried to display. This is yet another example of how boxing tries to get rid of it's veteran fighters for whatever reason. All I know is that mabe HOLYFIELD should get HAYE next? Hmmmmmm, i bet you he could stop HAYE @ age 46!!!

Im glad for haye, but i wish Valuev didnt do that chicken dance at the end. Because that might make hayes head bigger than it already is. He will be thinking he can make the beast do a chicken dance, he can make anyone do a chicken dance.
I wish haye would just win and thats that. Actually just saw the replay and Valuev just stumbled, but once he got his feet back he was facing haye.

Clearly you should be banned with idiotic comments like that. He is hardly going to employ the same game plan against anyone else. Valuev is lucky he didn't get knocked out. Simple.
Wow. Some nerve you have running around caling people idiots for having an opinion. Thats the 4th one Ive counted so far in this thread. What fight were you watching? Haye looked like ****, Valuev looked like ****, and together they looked like a pile of ****.

I will say Haye won the fight but it was hardly impressive. I do understand its not easy look good against Valuev and will give him credit for the win. But I dont see where you get off thiking is was a great performance.
