If Haye wins tonight does he become a super star in the UK?

He already has a good following over there and the British sport fans are big fanatics. If he does win and get the HW belt, he could potentialy get close to a "Hatton" fanbase.

haye wont be half as big as hatton. The only way he would get close would to be beat valuev both the ks then an american number 1. Hatton was huge over here its nuts how big he his/was. Haye wont do the above anyway.

That's why I said "close", I doubt anybody will match Hatton. People traveling across the world and come in with instruments and everything, that's unheard of.

But If Haye wins the belt and keep it for awhile, he could get very big in the U.K. since Hatton might be done.

agreed. hatton was a warrior who had class. Haye has only shown a loud mouth so far. i really think haye fits an american audience(even though it pains me to say that) we like some good **** talking if you can back it up.
